Will You be Praying the Entire Flight?
After several workshops and an NYC premiere at Arts on Site, Will You Be Praying The Entire Flight? by Gili Malinksy had a successful run at Edinburgh Fringe this August, with over 150 tickets sold. Inspired by true events, Will You Be Praying the Entire Flight? is a play about how a secular Jewish woman and an ultra orthodox Jewish woman change over a six-hour flight sitting next to each other.

"Deftly structured to allow perfectly pitched light comedy alongside its serious issues without ever unbalancing the substance of the play." - The Real Chrisparkle

"So. Damn. Good. This was amazing, even to me, someone who rarely watches theatre, it made me feel things. The acting was fantastic, each character felt so real, I totally forgot I wasn’t right there on the plane with them. The play covered so many points of tension so deftly, all while being equal parts moving and hilarious. Each line of dialogue packed such a punch. Go see this. A crying shame to miss it." - Anonymous Audience Member

"A very clever piece of theatre showing us the way to resolve many of the world's problems. Two Jewish women living completely different life styles. One from a strict closed order with very little knowledge of what goes on outside. The other carried along by the pressures of the secular world, an overload of choices and anguish at man's inhumanity. But they both have incredibly open minds and each of them 'never thought of it that way' as they learn from each other. Intelligent dialogue, including animated argument, leads to mutual respect and true empathy. If only more of us were like these two!" - Audience Member Tom Carreyette

"The show was fantastic, best thing I’ve seen at the Fringe thus far. Funny, tons of heart." -Audience Member Aidan Feldman
